Dimension Loading & Load Restraint Policy

LR Hotshots is committed to ensuring all its vehicles entering the public road system are compliant with all regulatory requirements in regard to load, mass / dimensions and Load restraint in accordance with Western Australian Heavy Vehicle Accreditation.

All employees shall comply with the five dimensions and loading management standards, responsibilities, vehicle loading, records and documentation, internal review and training and education.

All LR Hotshots loads shall be loaded according to appropriate and proven loading methods ensuring vehicle combinations, loads are within mass limits and vehicle dimensions, chain of responsibility is maintained throughout the transport chain, and all legislation requirements are understood and complied with.

Load restraint is an integral part of our business, LR Hotshots takes pride in ensuring that all freight is delivered intact, safely, first time, on time every time.

As part of our continuous improvement process, all load restraint must meet the following guidelines below prior to any load leaving collection point.

It is Imperative that Legislation and LR Hotshots procedures/ Instructions and policies followed for any freight movements. Failure to abide by company policies may result in disciplinary actions, depending on severity of the breach, this may include termination of employment and impose legal prosecution.
